These terms and conditions outline the position of both parties in the event that something should go amiss. Please read them to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service.

The following terms and conditions outline the agreement entered into by yourself (referred to as 'you', 'yourself') and us (referred to as 'Little Red's Auto Shack', 'us', 'our'). These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yourself and us and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether verbal or in writing, relating to this website or the Service.

Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand is free on purchases made through our website.  If you are purchasing from somewhere overseas like Australia or America please feel free to email us what you are looking at purchasing and we will quote you a shipping price.  On receipt of your order we will dispatch your order within two working days. We will notify you if, for some reason, we are unable to supply due to unavailability of the product or some other reason.

Shipping within New Zealand is normally via signature courier.  South Island deliveries are generally 1-2 working days and North Island deliveries are 1-3 workings days.  Please allow an extra day for rural delivery.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or damage incurred after dispatch.  On arrival, please check the package and notify us immediately if damaged so we can initiate a claim process with the carrier.  Within New Zealand all product will be sent by courier unless otherwise stated.

Currency

All prices for products and services listed on this website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include gst if applicable.

Cheque Payment

If you pay by cheque, you will be required to settle your account in New Zealand dollars. Cheques must be written in English and made payable to "Little Red's Auto Shack". Goods will not be sent until the cheque has been cleared

Warranties and Return Policy

All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty for non commercial use. If you experience any problems with your product within the manufacturers warranty please notify us and return it to us with a brief note of explanation. We will replace, repair or issue a refund. Please note, shipment costs are non-refundable and the warranty is limited to the price of the product at fault, as paid by the customer.

If you are simply not happy with the product please return it to us with a brief note of explanation within 30 days in as new condition with original packaging and we will replace, exchange or refund the product. Please note, shipment costs are non-refundable.

Accuracy

We have taken care to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and current. However, we accept no responsibility in cases where a genuine error has taken place either in the description of a product, its price or information relating to any other service that we provide. We reserve the right to refuse to sell you a product if there is a dispute relating to the attributes or price of a product.

Privacy Policy

Please note that we collect and retain information about visitors to the site.  If you purchase products from the site we will collect and retain personal information including your name, telephone number and address.  We will not disclose this information to any individual or company other than those who require the information to process your order.  You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you and to correct or delete such information from our database.

We are careful to protect your security by using "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) encryption. SSL encrypts all ordering information, including your name, address and credit card details. Once we receive your order, your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server. We do not store your credit card details.

We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or harm arising from or in relation to this site and/or associated sites and/or associated stores and/or other services, including but not limited to damage or harm arising out of errors or omissions in the material contained on this site.

Website Modification

We may at our discretion, modify any of the material contained on this website, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice. Continued use or the placing of an order by the Customer after a notification is made constitutes acceptance by the Customer of the modifications.

Service Termination

We reserve the right, and have absolute discretion to, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, terminate all or part of any service supplied by us, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Consumer Guarantees

If you are a New Zealand 'customer' as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 then you are protected by the said Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under this Act.

Force Majeure

We shall be under no liability - to the Customer in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of this Agreement, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God; natural disasters; sabotage; accident; riot; shortage of supplies, equipment, materials; strikes and lockouts; civil commotion; computer hacking; or malicious damage.

Promotions

The winner will be notified after the promotion closes by your supplied email address when making your purchase, it is your responsibility to notify us if this changes during the promotion time.  3 attempts will be made to contact the winner and if we have not had a response within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn until we have a winner.

All prizes are in NZ Dollars and entries are only valid for people who reside in NZ.  If the purchase is returned to us for a refund, your entry will be void.
